Terms of use
Effective 19 August 2026.
What this app is
Denfold keeps your pet's health records and works out the timing of what a destination country requires. It shows requirements from official sources and calculates dates from them. The app provides no veterinary or legal services.
Your data is yours
Records, photos and documents belong to you and are stored on your device. We have no access to them — see the privacy policy. Keeping a copy is your responsibility: the app builds an archive when you ask it to, but does not keep one for you.
What the app does not promise
- It does not guarantee entry for your pet. The border authority makes that decision.
- It does not replace an examination, advice or signature from an accredited vet.
- Country requirements change. We update the database and show when each rule was last checked, but before travelling you should confirm the requirements with the official source — every step of the plan links to it.
- The calculation rests on the data you entered. A wrong microchip or vaccination date produces a wrong plan.
See also the medical and border disclaimer.
Subscription
- Trip planning, the PDF travel pack and removing the pet limit are available with a subscription.
- Google Play charges and renews it under your account. Price, currency and period are shown before purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancel in your Google Play subscription settings; it takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under their rules.
- The free part — health passport, records and reminders — stays available after a subscription ends. Pets you already added are not taken away.
What you may not do
- present an exported travel pack as a document signed by a vet;
- decompile or modify the app to bypass payment;
- break the laws of the country you are travelling to.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from its use — including a cancelled trip, a refusal at the border, or the loss of data you kept no copy of. This does not limit rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
Changes
These terms may change together with the app. Changes are published on this page and the date above is updated.
